A Western bridesmaid dress is a production style held in depth across a size run, because the whole point is that eight people wear it. Occasion wear is cut in small runs, and the norm across this catalogue is one unit per size. Not one per size per shop. One.

The method that works is to fix the colour band and let the silhouettes differ. Three things are worth doing in order.
Book the largest and smallest sizes first. The middle of a size run is restocked by nothing, but it is also the part with the most alternatives. The ends are where a single unit decides whether the plan works at all. Settle those two people, then fill in the middle.
Decide who is paying before anyone adds to a basket. One order is simpler to track and crosses the free shipping threshold once rather than six times — standard shipping inside Canada is CAD $25 and free above $125, so a group order ships free and six separate orders may not. Understand what a wrong size costs the group. Two things specific to a Canadian wedding
