Returns for Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

All eligible returns will be issued as store credit, directly added to your Mishuuu account.
How to Initiate a Return

Complete the Return Form included with your order, selecting “Store Credit” as your option.

Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Ship the return to the address provided by our team.
Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.

Once approved, store credit will be applied to your Mishuuu account.

You will also receive an email confirmation once the credit is available.
Conditions for Returns

Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Mishuuu does not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Store credit is linked directly to your Mishuuu account.

Log in with the same email address used to place your order.

At checkout, your store credit will automatically appear and can be applied to your purchase.
