Refunds are issued as store credit to your Mishuuu account, not to your original payment method. We don't offer direct exchanges — return the item and place a new order for the size or style you want.
Not eligible for return: bridal wear, sarees with stitched blouses, customised or personalised pieces, pre-draped sarees, and anything bought under a Buy 1 Get 1 promotion.
Items must be unused and unworn with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Ordering the wrong size is treated as a change of mind and is store credit only — so please check the measurements above before ordering, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.

I absolutely love this outfit! The fabric feels comfortable and looks beautiful in person. The color and design are even prettier than the photos, with lovely detailing and a flattering fit. IT was perfect for a special occasion, and I received several compliments while wearing it. My only small concern is that the top was shorter than I personally prefer, which made it difficult for me to comfortably wear a bra with the outfit.
