Mishuuu's Return & Exchange Policy
1. What's Eligible for Return
Most items are eligible, except:
1.1 Bridal Wear category products
1.2 Sarees with stitched blouses
1.3 Customized and personalized products
1.4 Pre-draped sarees
1.5 Items purchased as part of a Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) sale
1.6 Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) Sale Items
All purchases made under a Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) promotion are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit, regardless of reason.
3. Return Window
3.1 Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
4. How to Request a Return
The fastest way to start a return is through your order confirmation email:
4.1 Click "View Order" from your order confirmation email.
4.2 Find the order, then click "Return Items."
4.3 Fill out the form and submit your return request — we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Can't access your confirmation email? Email help@mishuuu.com or call +1 (437) 473-4173 with your order number instead.
Once your return is approved:
4.4 Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
4.5 Ship the item to the return address below. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
5. Refunds
5.1 All refunds are issued as store credit — we do not refund to your original payment method.
5.2 Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return eligibility requirements. If approved, store credit will be added to your Mishuuu account.
5.3 Please allow 1–3 business days for the store credit to reflect in your account after it's been processed.
5.4 Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
5.5 Any alteration, petticoat, fall & pico, or pre-draping charges are non-refundable.
5.6 Refunds not entertained at physical store location.
6. Change of Mind on Size
Ordered the wrong size and it doesn't fit? This is treated as a change of mind and is eligible for store credit only — not an exchange or a refund to your original payment method.
7. Faulty or Defective Items
We inspect every order before it ships, but if something slips through, email help@mishuuu.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work with you to find the best resolution.
8. Customization Issues
We give each product a thorough quality check before it ships, and our team gives every customization a double look. But if you receive something that doesn't match your specifications, email help@mishuuu.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product alongside a measuring tape. Our team will determine the most suitable resolution after reviewing the photos.
Good to know: due to variations in measuring methods, a difference of up to 1 inch may occur.
9. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item within the return window and place a new order for the size or style you want.
10. Cancellations
10.1 All orders except Ready-to-Ship orders: you have 24 hours from the order date to request a cancellation.
10.2 Ready-to-Ship orders: cancellation must be requested before a tracking number is assigned. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
10.3 Email help@mishuuu.com with your order number to cancel.
11. Good to Know
11.1 Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
11.2 Product colors: our product images are professionally shot, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
11.3 Missing items: if a product is missing from your shipment, email help@mishuuu.com within 24 hours of delivery. If confirmed, we'll ship the missing item at no charge or issue store credit for it.
