Start your return within 7 days of delivery, and post the item back to us within 7 days of approval.
Refunds are issued as store credit to your Mishuuu account, not to your original payment method. We don't offer direct exchanges — return the item and place a new order for the size or style you want.
Not eligible for return: bridal wear, sarees with stitched blouses, customised or personalised pieces, pre-draped sarees, and anything bought under a Buy 1 Get 1 promotion.
Items must be unused and unworn with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Ordering the wrong size is treated as a change of mind and is store credit only — so please check the measurements above before ordering, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.

Use a soft measuring tape, over your underwear rather than over clothes, and keep the tape level and snug but not tight.
- Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape flat across your back.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the navel.
- Hip — around the fullest part of your hips, roughly 20 cm below the waist, feet together.
- Length — from the highest point of your shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to fall.
- Shoulder — across your back, from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
A note on fit
Sizing runs differently across kurta sets, lehengas, shararas and sarees, so check the chart against the specific piece you are ordering rather than assuming your usual size carries across the range. Made-to-order pieces are cut to these same measurements.

I absolutely love this outfit! The fabric feels comfortable and looks beautiful in person. The color and design are even prettier than the photos, with lovely detailing and a flattering fit. IT was perfect for a special occasion, and I received several compliments while wearing it. My only small concern is that the top was shorter than I personally prefer, which made it difficult for me to comfortably wear a bra with the outfit. I love the style! Unfortunately, the zipper came right off the first time I put it on. The quality is good and the item is light in weight. If you are in the US, you will need to pay customs and may need to provide the shipper with additional information (my item got stuck in customs). This is not the fault of Mishuuu but good to know.
