Order Queries
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also view your order status any time by signing in to your account.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. For all orders except Ready-to-Ship items, you have 24 hours from the order date to request a cancellation. Ready-to-Ship orders can be cancelled only before a tracking number is assigned. Email help@mishuuu.com with your order number to cancel.
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at help@mishuuu.com with the name and email used at checkout and we'll resend it.
My order status shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What now?
Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number first, since they'll have the most up-to-date delivery details. If you're still unable to locate your package, email us within 24 hours at help@mishuuu.com and we'll help investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email help@mishuuu.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address, and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

How do I find my correct size?
Check our Size Chart for detailed measurements before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email help@mishuuu.com and our team can help you choose.
What if my order doesn't fit?
Ordering the wrong size is treated as a change of mind and is eligible for store credit only (not an exchange or refund to your original payment method). See our Return Policy for full details.
Do you offer custom fitting?
Select styles offer customization at checkout. If you received a customized item that doesn't match your specifications, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos alongside a measuring tape — note that a difference of up to 1 inch can occur due to variations in measuring methods.
Is there a size guide for men's and kids' wear too?
Yes, our Size Chart covers women's, men's, and kids' fits. If you don't see the exact style you need measurements for, reach out to help@mishuuu.com.
Payment & Promo
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is it safe to pay on Mishuuu.com?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout — we never see or store your full card details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are paid in full at checkout using one of our supported payment methods.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your code in the promo code box at checkout before completing payment. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do prices include duties and taxes?
We offer duty-free shipping on international orders — in most destinations no import or customs duties apply. If duties are unexpectedly charged, we'll refund 100% of the amount once you share the official paid receipt with us.
Returns & Cancellation
What is your return window?
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
What items are not eligible for return?
Bridal wear, sarees with stitched blouses, customized/personalized products, pre-draped sarees, and items damaged from misuse are not eligible. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item within the return window and place a new order for the size or style you want.
How do refunds work?
All approved returns are issued as store credit to your Mishuuu account — not back to your original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the credit to appear. Original shipping, return shipping, customs duties, and any alteration/pre-draping charges are non-refundable.
Can I cancel a Ready-to-Ship order?
Yes, as long as it's before a tracking number has been assigned. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 4–6 business days and Express shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed (orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days). Times may vary due to weather, holidays, customs, or customizations.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and UPS, including to the US, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, UAE, India, and more.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping kicks in above a destination-specific order value (for example, free above CAD $125 within Canada and free above USD $95 in the US) — exact thresholds are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details by region.
What happens if I'm not available to receive my delivery?
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will typically leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Refusing delivery without prior notice incurs a 75% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
What if my package looks tampered with or damaged on arrival?
Don't accept it. Take a photo and contact us right away at help@mishuuu.com or +1 (437) 473-4173.
Is duty-free shipping really duty-free?
In most destinations, yes — no import or customs duties should apply. In the rare case duties are charged, we refund 100% of the amount once you share the official paid receipt with us.
