Once your order is confirmed, we will verify your shipping address and begin processing.

If delivery is not possible to your provided address, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate address.

We aim to ship orders within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout, and always within 30 days of order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If a delay occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to continue with a new delivery date or cancel for a full refund.
🌍 International Shipping & Duty-Free Policy

All Mishuuu orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses in India via trusted partners such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

We now provide Duty-Free Shipping — meaning no import/custom duties should apply in most destinations.

If any customs duties or taxes are unexpectedly charged by local authorities, Mishuuu will refund 100% of the amount once you share the official receipt with our support team.

📦 Delivery Responsibility & Insurance

Every Mishuuu order is insured in transit until it reaches your delivery address. If a package is lost in transit, you will not suffer any loss — Mishuuu bears that responsibility.

Once the courier confirms “Delivered” status to the address provided, liability transfers to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
👉 If package theft is a concern in your area, we recommend using a secure work address or courier pickup point. -
If you designate another recipient (e.g., sending a gift), a valid signature at the address will serve as proof of delivery.
📌 Special Situations

Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery without prior notice, a 75% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Delayed Delivery: External factors such as weather, customs, political disruptions, or courier issues may cause delays. We will provide updates via email/SMS if this happens.

Delivered But Not Received: If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for resolution.
🔄 Returns & Customs Charges

For returns/exchanges, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Since we provide duty-free shipping, in rare cases where customs duties are applied, Mishuuu will fully reimburse you in the form of a refund (not just store credit) once you provide the official receipt.
